Queensland Maritime Museum will continue to welcome visitors with reduced trading hours during the Easter 2026 Holiday period and ANZAC Day.

Tickets can be purchased at the entrance. Please read QMM’s updated Conditions of Entry before visiting. Thank you in advance for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you at the museum!

Easter 2026

Friday 03/04/2026 (CLOSED Good Friday)

Saturday 04/04/2026 (OPEN)
– Entry doors open 10:00 AM and close at 3:15 PM
– Museum closes 4:15 PM

Sunday 05/04/2026 (OPEN)
– Entry doors open 10:00 AM and close at 3:15 PM
– Museum closes 4:15 PM

ANZAC Day 2026

Saturday 25/04/2026 (CLOSED ANZAC Day)

Sunday 26/04/2026 (OPEN as regular trading resumes)

Operating Hours

Queensland Maritime Museum is ticketed in line with Stage 3 of Queensland Government’s COVID Safe Roadmap to recovery.

We are currently open Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Tickets are available at the front entrance.

Make a Donation

The Queensland Maritime Museum appreciates the generous financial support we receive from individuals and organisations in the form of donations and sponsorship.

Financial gifts are welcomed and can be allocated to specific projects at the request of the donor and with the agreement of the Board of Directors. The current gift funds are Diamantina and Library.

Membership to The Queensland Maritime Museum Association provides an opportunity to support the objectives of the Museum and the programs it runs. Our members participate in the day-to-day running of the Museum.
