Vaccination Status for visitors to QMM as of 14 April 2022

In line with the government changes effective from 1:00 AM Thursday 14 April 2022, QMM welcomes all visitors without vaccination requirements.

“From 1am AEST Thursday 14 April 2022, the requirement to check-in and to be fully vaccinated in a range of venues and events will end.

Venues include pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants; theme parks, casinos and cinemas; weddings; showgrounds; and galleries, libraries, museums and stadiums.”

Operating Hours

Queensland Maritime Museum is ticketed in line with Stage 3 of Queensland Government’s COVID Safe Roadmap to recovery.

We are currently open Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Tickets are available at the front entrance.

The Queensland Maritime Museum appreciates the generous financial support we receive from individuals and organisations in the form of donations and sponsorship.

Financial gifts are welcomed and can be allocated to specific projects at the request of the donor and with the agreement of the Board of Directors. The current gift funds are Diamantina and Library.
