Titanic Talk at Queensland Maritime Museum

Local historian Robert Martin has spent more than a decade researching the history of the RMS Titanic, culminating in the production of a documentary film – Titanic 100 Years Then and Now. The film has been released again in 2019 with the addition of a second part.

We welcome Robert to the Queensland Maritime Museum to speak about the fascinating history of this iconic vessel, and to share the stories, artefacts and information he has acquired over many years of detailed investigation.

Robert has described the experience of creating the film as “the most interesting and fulfilling journey of his life – researching one of life’s most unique and historic events.” (Laery 2016)
